What we do:
Service:
We do Services, maintenance and installation on any size generators.
To service your generator is important if you wish to have a longer lifespan on your generator and to not be left in the dark
Oil:
We use only the best oils on all our services & maintenance.
Oil should be changed every 50-60 hours of use to improve liability.
Battery:
Upon site inspections we test and inspect all battery's for loose connections.
Terminals can come loose due to incorrect installation or due to vibration over time therefore we make this part of our standard check-list.
Turbo:
We inspect all turbos for any damages or oil leaks
Turbo get damaged by oil starvation, oil contamination and foreign object. More than 90% of turbocharger failures are caused oil related either by oil starvation or oil contamination.
Radiator:
We inspect all radiators for leaks and we inspect the air flow to prevent overheating of engine.
The radiator is used to cool the diesel engine as it runs, to make sure it doesn't generate an over temperature alarm.
Engine:
We inspect all engines for any visible damages.
Low coolant may eventually lead to your engine overheating, which can result in the damage of other components that you would need to repair or replace altogether.
Fan belts:
We inspect all fan belts and tensioners for any damages or faults.
The device consists of multiple pulleys on shafts interconnected by a belt, as well as a tension unit. If
the pulley deviates from the plane of operation, the alternator belt
may break due to overheating and lack of service
